1. Product Display & Colors

We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to varying monitor settings, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will be completely accurate.

2. Props & Product Presentation

Product photos may include additional props used for display purposes only. These props are not included in your order unless specifically mentioned.

3. Product Measurements

If exact product measurements are not listed in the product description or image, please contact us through the details provided on the website for clarification.

4. Order & Payment

  • 100% advance payment is required at the time of booking to ensure timely processing.

  • Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1 working day after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery charges are to be paid on actual unless otherwise specified.

5. Cancellations & Returns

  • Orders cannot be canceled once payment has been received.

  • No return or refund is applicable if the delivered product matches the one shown on the website.

  • Products are packed carefully after inspection. If any damage or issue is found, it must be reported immediately to the delivery person. No claims will be entertained afterward.

  • “Change of mind” returns are not accepted.

6. Delivery Policy

  • All complaints regarding incomplete delivery, damaged, or incorrect products must be reported at the time of delivery.

  • If no issues are reported during delivery, it is assumed that the product has been received in acceptable condition.

  • Delivery dates are indicative and not guaranteed. We are not liable for any compensation or refund for delayed deliveries.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused while transporting goods through narrow staircases, corridors, or by mishandling during delivery.

  • Deliveries above the ground floor may incur additional charges if a cargo elevator is not available (as per the delivery company’s policy).

7. Product Availability & Website Updates

  • Product availability and design may change without notice. While we aim to keep our website updated, some items may become unavailable.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and refund the paid amount without explanation.

8. Warranty

  • Unless explicitly mentioned, no warranty is provided for any product listed on our website.

9. Pricing & Force Majeure

  • We reserve the right to revise product prices, defer delivery dates, or cancel orders if necessary, with a full refund (if paid) processed within 48 hours.

  • We shall not be held responsible for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: war, terrorism, strikes, natural disasters, epidemics, or government-imposed restrictions.
